Payments: If you make an offer and we accept it payment will be made withing seven (7) days or we will cancel the order and relist the items and you may be blocked from future purchases.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on selected items by economy ground shipping within Canada. 

Free shipments are sent untracked and therefore you are responsible for making this choice. 

If your package does not arrive, please do not expect us to refund your costs.

To ensure your package arrives you should choose to have your package tracked.

At times we will send items tracked at our expense, but these are larger orders with multiple badges and of a greater value and entirely at our discretion.
